Where is your store located?
As an online shopping destination, we do not have a brick and mortar store. We are offering Filipinos worldwide a new way to shop. All you have to do is:

1) Register on the site (you may use your Facebook login credentials).
2) Browse for items you want from our wide range of products. 
3) Add them to your cart,
4) Check out.
5) Pay via Paypal or with your preferred payment method (click here),
6) Wait for it to arrive at your doorstep.

All of these are done in your pajamas right at the comfort of your own home! If you still prefer speak to us face to face, we do have an office at Makati. (Yes, we are actual human beings)

Can I just pick up the item I want to purchase?
Yes of course! You may pick up the items you want to purchase at our office, however you would still need to register and use our checkout system. But please choose "Pick Up" under the Shipping options. We will contact you if all the items you want is already available for pick up at our office. Our office address can be found here. (Don't worry it usually takes just 1-2 business days).

Do you do meet-ups?
Despite getting a chance to meet handsome and beautiful people, I'm afraid we do not do meet-ups. Why not have your orders shipped or pick it up at our office (as mentioned above). Picking up items doesn't require you to change out of your pajamas, just so you know :)

Do you offer C.O.D. payments?
Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. option is available within Metro Manila only. Although as much as we want you to save money, we would have to charge a fee for this option. As of now, we are using a 3rd party courier that would take your money when you opt for the COD option.

The item I want to buy is labeled "Out of Stock", can I place a reservation when it becomes available?
Why of course, you may send us a message here and choose the subject "Reservations" from the dropdown box. However we can't promise that all items that are labeled "Out of Stock" can be replenished, especially the limited edition items.

What if I already checked out and paid for the item, but it becomes unavailable?
After checkout and payment has been made, if one or more of the items in your shopping cart is not available, we will let you know as soon as they become available.  But if you are in a hurry and need the item right away or just can't wait any longer, we will gladly refund you the excess amount. You will be contacted as soon as we have confirmed the status of one or more of the items you have purchased.

If after checkout BUT payment has not been made, and one or more of the items in your shopping cart is not available, we will contact you for lead time on when the item/s will be available or we'll offer options on similar items.

Why are shipping charges different or not stated if I order furniture items on your site?
Our furniture section is handled by our sister site, www.FurnitureManila.com. Delivery charges depend on location of the shipping address, therefore does not follow the rates indicated on our shipping rate page as the rate applies via weight and size of the item. Imagine shipping out a King-sized bed frame...the shipping charges would be King-sized as well, since we want to help you save money, we will deliver your funiture orders at a cheaper rate!

Are the prices indicated on your site the "actual" price?
Although we strive to offer the best possible prices to our customers, most merchants insist that we offer their products at their Suggested Retail Price (SRP). Therefore, prices indicated on our site are final, unless that product is under our clearance section or under our Deal of the Month promo, which will be indicated on the site as well.

I want to pay via Paypal, how can I do this?
Make sure you have logged into your account. Place the items you want into your shopping cart, then after you are done shopping, click the My Cart logo at the upper right of the page.  Click on the logo with Paypal on it, then input your Paypal login details and pay.

I don't have a Paypal account, how will I pay for the items I want?
Besides Paypal payments, we also accept Globe G-cash, Smart Money and cash payments . For cash payments, you may directly deposit it at our bank. For bank, Globe G-cash, and Smart Money details; follow this link.

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila, to the provice or outside the Philippines?
Yes we deliver worldwide. However depending on the product availability, delivery location, etc. delivery charges outside the Philipines will be quoted via your registered email. For local shipping charges, follow this link.

I have sent you a message via your Contact Us page, yet I still haven't received a reply?
Our standard response time is within 24hrs, however there are unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from replying right away. You may send us a follow up email to wake our CSRs and we will get back to you right away.

Please also check that the information you have provided are accurate. We have encountered email addresses that bounce back because it does not exist and phone numbers are disconnected, etc. (We won't take that against you)
