Returns & Exchanges

To have a product purchased at returned/replaced, please send an email here within (48) hours upon receipt of item. No monetary refunds shall be given.

Customer must specify his name, order number and a brief explanation as for the reason for return. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. No returns will be accepted without’s prior confirmation* via email for the acceptance of the return.

If there are damages or factory defects to the item upon delivery, please let us know right away so we can inform the manufacturer for a replacement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability, in cases wherein a product is unavailable; we will issue a store credit in your account.

Picked-up items are not valid for returns and exchanges. Please inspect all items picked-up before you leave.

*Defective items must be returned within three (3) business days after confirmation has been sent.
